Manage your users

iD-points make it easy to add and manage your participants – the people you want to reward.
The built in registration system allows users to sign-up, or you can pre-register user accounts for them.
Deactivate accounts whenever you like – their points are returned to you.

Update users details and add multiple addresses if required.
Use dynamic groups to help manage large numbers of users and deliver targetted communication , and create divisions for distinct user groups with separate branding and communication.

Manage your points

Users earn points to spend on great products in the iD-points store.
Buy as many points as you want, whenever you like, to add to the Supervisor balance.
Distribute points to users whenever you like, either manually or via a batch credit from a spreadsheet,
Points automatically SweepBack from dormant accounts to the Supervisor balance, or debit points manually from users accounts. So you aren’t paying for points that aren’t going to get spent.

Manage your Campaigns

Campaigns make it easy to control your incentive programs with multiple funding sources and different promotions. Run multiple campaigns at the same time, and set budgets and expiry dates to help focus your promotions. Create reports on a campaign level to track who has been rewarded in each of your promotions.
