We call the person who manages the incentive the Supervisor. iD-points gives the Supervisor everything they need to create, operate, administer targetted motivation activity, and create reports and analysis for the client.

Users choose their prizes from a carefully selected range of premium merchandise, and redeem their points quickly in an attractive online shopping environment. IncentiveDirect fulfil their product direct to the users home or work, and handles any queries and after sales issues.

End Users.

End Users are the people you want to involve as participants in your incentive activity.

End Users can either be pre-registered, or invited to sign-up to be part of an incentive activity.

Supervisors can manage users, grouping them together, eg in sales regions, or by department, and can ensure that different groups access different material such as News stories or Knowledge Tests.

Campaigns are the key to running effective incentives. They establish the theme, basis and timeframe of an incentive, and who is involved.

Importantly, Campaigns are also used to control budgets, and manage funds that may come from a number of sources. This makes it easy to create reports on activity and expenditure.

Campaigns can be long-term, low-level 'baseline' campaigns, or they can be short, highly focused bursts, such as SPIF days, even with their own supporting creative treatment and presentation.

Supervisors can make news, surveys and surveys to communicate and personalise their campaigns.

Supervisors can use the News feature to publish information about their incentive campaigns, and distribute content such as products details, price lists. iD-points makes it easy to attache supporting images and files.

E-mail and mobile SMS allows Supervisors to keep in touch with their End Users via targeted messaging.

Overview Accounts.

With iD-points you can set up Overview Accounts to watch over a group of End Users. It's perfect for Internal Sales Teams to manage their customer contacts, or Regional Managers to manage their sales force or dealer network.

Overview Accounts get a quick insight into a Users iD-points activity, providing a great excuse to make that call, and maintain customer contact. Use it as a very basic CRM system, or integrate it with your own systems.

Quickly analyse campaign expenditure and user particpation, to help measure effectiveness and ROI. Supervisors can quickly generate reports, and export data for presentations and data mining.

Our Knoweledge Test features lets Supervisors create simple exams and quizzes to test users knowlege, and help reinforce understanding of key information, such as product specs, operational procedures, and market positioning.

Users earn extra points for completing tests, with instant results for both participants and Supervisors.

Like Knowledge Tests Feedback Surveys allows Supervisors to understand their End Users. Supervisors reward End User partipcation for completing market research, customer satisfaction surveys, and other user feedback.

Supervisors can choose to reward for all submissions, or set a budget to limit expenditure. Ease of use, coupled with rewarding participation leads to much greater response rates.

Data Capture Forms.

Similar to Feedback Surveys, iD-points' Forms feature provides a simple way for Users to submit data. Forms can be used for event registration, sales lead submission, even voting slips or product order forms.

As with Surveys and Tests, results can be gathered instantly, and data is easily exported for analysis and reporting.
